What can be returned
Items that are returnable for change of mind are noted as such in the description below the item. If an item is non-returnable it is also noted in the description, the item must be in its original packaging in new, unused condition for All Automotive Parts to accept the refund. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of original purchase. It is up to customer to pay return shipping and item will be refunded minus our cost of original shipping and a 15% Re-stocking fee. Refund is only given by credit card or bank transfer. Please let us know before hand why you are returning the item and contact us via email or phone so we can assist you with your return to avoid any confusion. we reserve the right to not accept returns based on the above indications.

When returning your item please ensure you have enclosed your Full Name, Invoice number and contact details so that return staff can identify your order on its return to us.
How do customers return items
It is up to customer to return item, usually Australia Post is the easiest option, other Methods can include Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers, TNT and other couriers.
Shipping for returns
Customers must pay return shipping on all return items, item will be refunded minus the original cost of the original shipping.
Credit for returns
Customer will be refunded into original account that was used to purchase item.
Items MUST be returned in original packaging in original condition otherwise no refund/credit will be given.
Damage Parcel Claims
If your item has been damaged during shipping, the following process will apply.
1. Email our team to inform them your item has been damaged including images of the following
- Images of the item including the packaging and shipping label is required.
Claims cannot be processed without the above included.
2. The team will then be in touch to inform you of the next steps including sending out a replacement part and receiving the damaged item back.
